Main Job Functions:
Assist in marketing and public relations for the CMC Theatre Department and the Sopris Theatre Company at CMC.
Job Duties:
Assist in marketing and public relations for the CMC Theatre Department and the Sopris Theatre Company at CMC; assists in scheduling PR and Marketing events (interviews, photo shoots, etc); assists with poster printing and distribution; assists with program/playbill development and printing.
Working Conditions:
This position requires constant sitting, occasional walking, standing and driving; occasional handling objects, pushing/pulling; frequent reaching with hands/arms, and use of finger movements; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Constant written and oral communication and the ability to reason and analyze and perform calculations occasionally. Work is performed using a computer and standard office equipment daily and driving a vehicle occasionally. Minimum Qualifications:
Courteous manners with the public, understanding of graphics programming on the computer (InDesign, MS Publisher); demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Outlook, Word, Excel; willingness to work; flexible schedule – late night and weekends possible.
