Main Job Functions:
The position will serve as a conduit between Mountain Youth and youth ages 9-25. We aim to create a healthier, more connected community where youth can thrive.
Job Duties:
Plan and co-facilitate middle/high school and your adult meetings. Support and co-lead events and projects with youth and community partners. Bring and recruit unique perspectives to Mountain Youth efforts.
Working Conditions:
This position requires constant sitting, occasional walking, standing and driving; occasional handling objects, pushing/pulling; frequent reaching with hands/arms, and use of finger movements; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Constant written and oral communication and the ability to reason and analyze and perform calculations occasionally. Work is performed using a computer and standard office equipment daily and driving a vehicle occasionally. Minimum Qualifications:
Interest in working with youth and being able to prioritize youth voice. Enjoy collaboration and networking. Bilingual and community knowledge is preferred. Schedule may differ week to week.
