Breckenridge & Dillon Housing

Breckenridge CampusSummit County is a resort community with many options for long-term rentals, though you should anticipate higher rents than what you’d find in an urban Colorado setting like Denver. Neither the CMC Breckenridge nor CMC Dillon locations have residence halls, so students usually rent nearby apartments, condos or employee housing.

Students often live with roommates to make things more affordable. Those who start in the Fall Semester typically have an easier time finding housing than those who start school in the middle of the ski season (Spring Semester).

Note: The College provides the above housing resources as information only and has not independently reviewed the quality, price or other features of any housing alternative listed. CMC does not endorse or rate off-campus housing options. The list of housing facilities on this site is not complete, and there may be additional housing options in the community.
