Registrar's Office

The Office of the Registrar for Colorado Mountain College maintains student records for all 11 campuses. We endeavor to provide professional, ethical and conscientious services to all students, faculty, and staff of Colorado Mountain College and the community.

Our duties include: all things registration, grading policy, student rights and privacy, awarded credit, transcript services, tuition classification, transfer credit, graduation, academic standing, all alongside verifying and maintaining student records.

As a precautionary measure regarding COVID-19, employees in the Registrar's Office are working remotely in an effort to support our campus community. We ask for your patience as some services may be limited and response time may increase.
Staff is working diligently to respond as quickly as possible to voicemails, emails, etc. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize health and safety.
