Choose from personal enrichment, transfer-level, workforce and career classes, serving the Aspen and Basalt communities
The Aspen campus offers courses for all levels of students. Classes take place in “smart rooms,” a science lab, fitness studio, and art studios/labs including:
- State-of-the-art teaching kitchen
- Fully stocked ceramic studio for throwing, glazing, and firing
- Metal working and jewelry lab
- Soft Goods Manufacturing workshop
The Aspen campus hosts the CMC Aspen Art Gallery. The Fitness Studio is a holistic approach to health for first timers through more experienced students. Our Fire Science program gives access to the latest tools of the firefighting trade.
CMC Aspen is also home to world-renowned Aspen-Santa Fe ballet.
This community campus serves traditional and non-traditional students. CMC in Aspen houses a full-time counselor and adjunct and full-time faculty. We also offer a variety of degree and certificate programs. The campus does not provide residential facilities.
Our instructional programs are excellent. Surrounded by unique recreational opportunities such as the Aspen/Snowmass Resort, the Aspen campus is an exceptional place to learn.

Full time students (12 credits) may apply for housing at the Spring Valley at Glenwood Springs Residence Hall. Students will need to provide their own transportation to Aspen.
