Your transcript is a complete record of academic work maintained by the Office of the Registrar

CMC has partnered with Parchment to process official digital or paper transcripts online.

Transcripts that include the current semester grades or graduation statements will be available approximately ten business days after the semester ends.

Students with an outstanding balance should call Business Services at 970-384-8525. Transcripts will be processed within 48 hours.

ORDER OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

Order Transcripts!

You will be required to provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Birth Date
  • Student ID Number, if known
  • Email Address
  • Current Mailing Address
  • Phone Number.

UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT AND GRADES

Your unofficial transcripts are available anytime online.

Current Students go to Basecamp > Student Self-Service > Student Planning> Unofficial Transcript (login required)

Current Students may also view semester grades and degree progress by checking My Progress in Student Planning in Basecamp.

Unofficial Transcripts will be available in Workday starting Fall 2026.

Certified Electronic Transcript $5.50
Paper transcript mailed domestic (USPS) $7.50
Paper transcript mailed international (USPS) $10.90

Online payment will be accepted from the following credit/debit card accounts: Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. If you are unable to pay using one of these methods, please contact registrar@coloradomtn.edu for assistance.

Starting January 6th, 2025, sales tax will be collected on certain document requests, including transcripts and diplomas, in compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. This change may affect the total cost of your request based on various factors such as document type, delivery method, and location.

Before completing your order, you will see a breakdown of all charges, including any applicable taxes, to ensure total transparency.
