Returning Students

Register Online

You can register online for your GED course in Student Planning (CMC login required) and pay by credit card.

To log in and register, you need your CMC Username and Password. If you do not have your username and password, follow these steps:

  • Get your CMC ID Number. If you do not have your CMC ID Number, contact the Service Desk by phone (970-947-8438) or by e-mail (servicedesk@coloradomtn.edu). Make sure to include your first and last name and the month and day of your birthday in your e-mail.
  • To find your Username, go to the CMC Identity Manager. You will need your Last Name and CMC ID Number.
  • Password:
    • If you are new to Colorado Mountain College or started classes after 2017, your password is mmdd of birth + xx + @cmc
      For example, if your birthday is January 5, your password is: 0105xx@cmc
    • If you took classes before 2017, your password is cmc + mmdd of birth + xx
      For example, if your birthday is January 5, your password is: cmc0105x@cmc

      • Or your password is the last six digits of your Social Security number + @cmc
        For example, 123456@cmc
