Central Services at Colorado Mountain College

CMC's downtown Glenwood Springs home for administration and support of all of its campuses

CMC Central Services, at the base the Grand Avenue Bridge in downtown Glenwood Springs, provides office space for 80 employees including the college's core leadership team. Departments, listed below, provide support and administration for CMC's three residential and eight commuter campus locations.

The multi-story building — two buildings joined by walkways and an atrium — was purchased from U.S. Bank in 2011.

Located directly behind Central Services, Morgridge Commons is a conference, meeting and learning space with state-of the-art technology ideal for productive meetings, training sessions, retreats and classes.

CMC President Dr. Carrie Besnette Hauser leads this innovative dual-mission college with over 900 full-time and adjunct faculty and over 500 full- and part-time staff serving some 15,000 students annually.

From Central Services — and on the road throughout the district — Dr. Hauser and the senior team provide support, oversight and direction for CMC's 11 campus locations.
