Our Culinary Arts – Vail Valley program offers a shorter time from start to career. Your culinary arts education will conclude with an internship — your opportunity to work in the world-class resorts of Vail and Beaver Creek. Browse the other programs in our Culinary Arts Institute.

The campus is also the anchor for the AAS in Fire Science and EMT and Paramedic programs.

For those who already have a degree, we offer a Certificate in Sustainability Leadership.

We also offer a Spanish Proficiency Certificate. The Spanish Proficiency is a Certificate of Completion which allows students to gain a Spanish credential that can be used to enhance resumes and provide documentation of Spanish proficiency in reading, writing and oral skills.  Students may choose one of two tracks, Comprehensive or Conversational.

Professional Development offers online courses as well as courses taught in-person by local experts.
