Welcome to the Early Learners' Center

The Early Learners’ Center is part of the Garfield Re2 School District's early childhood program. It is a licensed, comunity based, nonprofit early care and education classroom serving children ages 3-5 years old.

The Early Learners’ Center (ELC) is located on the CMC Campus in Rifle, CO. The ELC offers half-day scheduling options of mornings (7:30am-11:00am) or afternoons (11:45am-3:15pm) Monday-Thursday, following the school district academic calendar. There is no cost for children eligible for Universal Preschool Program state funding. Tuition costs for those not yet eligible for state funding range from $147 to $440/month. We accept CCCAP tuition assistance.

Mission

The mission of the Garfield Re-2 School District Early Childhood Program is to cultivate in young children the disposition to be a lifelong learner by providing a high quality, developmentally appropriate early childhood experience in a safe, stimulating environment.
