1,000 Words: Pinatas, dancing, music, food and fun at CMC's Posadas

During the December 2023 holidays, Colorado Mountain College held a series of family-fun events at the Salida, Glenwood Springs and Steamboat campuses where everyone was welcome to come to the college and smack a pinata, play games, listen to music, dance and enjoy a meal. Crystal Mariscal, CMC marketing and communication specialist, came up with the idea of inviting the community to these free, festive parties. For many, it was the first time to a CMC campus.
