LIFE AFTER CLOUGH
Erin lives in Marion, Indiana and is a full-time graduate student pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
“As a senior in high school looking into the unknown future of being a first-generation college student, it was both terrifying and exhilarating. My father was diagnosed with MS and was unable to work anymore; the realization of how to pay for college was a heavy weight on my shoulders. The Clough Fellowship helped lift that weight and allowed me to focus on school. I received a bachelor's in Exercise Science from Adams State University in 2015 and I am currently a 3rd year Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Indiana Wesleyan University (graduating in spring 2024!). Without this fellowship, I would not be where I am today. Thank you!”

LIFE AFTER CLOUGH
Armando lives in Dublin, Ireland and works at DocuSign.
“When I think back to my undergrad, I see it as a time where I had so much opportunity and very little stress. The scholarship let me focus on learning and making connections with my peers. I think coming out of college with minimal debt let me make career pivots that ultimately led to me fulfilling my dream of moving abroad.
The Clough scholarship gave me freedom in so many ways to choose the life I wanted to live, and for that I am eternally grateful.”

LIFE AFTER CLOUGH
Crockett lives in Oakland, CA and works at Kaiser Permanente.
Crockett briefly worked at his alma mater Coal Ridge High Schol as football coach from 2020 to 2023.
“Without the Clough Fellowship, going to a major university would not have been possible. I would have never taken the financial or social leap into this new world without the scholarship support. Being the first person in my family to go to college, there was a serious learning curve. Because of the Clough Fellowship believing in their community members, I found my strengths, sharpened my skills, and was exposed to the world at the University of Colorado.”
