CMC Room & Board Costs for 2024/2025
- Double Room: $3,275 per semester
- Single Room: $4,850 per semester
Room rate includes a $100 Residence Hall Technology Fee.
There is a $50 non-refundable application fee and a $250 deposit to secure your space in the residence hall.
Meal plans are also required for students living on-campus.

Specialty Programming
Sodexo Campus Dining currently offers a variety of specialty dining programs including:
- Surprise Your Student – Send your student a special cake for their birthday or other important dates.
- Recipes From Home – Send in your special recipe, We'll make it for everyone.
- Theme Meals – Check your campus calendar for special meals like Mardi Gras, St. Patrick's Day, etc.

The 14, 19 and 23 Meal Plan equals the number of meals per week and resets each week. The Block Meal Plan is a declining balance, starting with 180 meals, used over the entire semester. Flex represent a dollar value to be used at your campus café or in the dining hall.
