Kathleen has been a teacher and administrator in higher and secondary education for 16 years.

Role at CMC

I hire adjunct faculty who are experts in their field and support them on their journey to impart their professional knowledge to their students in the most effective and engaging manner possible. I support full time faculty to be the best teachers they can be.

Affiliations and Community Involvement

I have been on the Policy Council at the local Headstart for the past 3 years; I am a member of the CO/WY Network of Women Leaders and the Association of Outdoor Recreation and Education.

Personal Interests

I have always believed that education gives people the power to change their lives, and that is why I've dedicated my professional life to making a great education more accessible for all — whether that be through teaching and advising, or on an administrative level. When I am not teaching, mentoring, or administrating, I love to mountain bike, ski, and chase my children around.

About Leadville

Leadville truly cares about the members of its community; I have seen a lot of people do a lot of hard work to help make Leadville a great place to live.
