Heritage Months and Identity Recognition Days

Colorado Mountain College respects and values the voice of every person in our community. Our diversity—in race, ethnicity, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, language, ability, socio-economic status, and veteran status—is an asset to our college and mountain communities.

Heritage months are unique opportunities to acknowledge our collective cultural backgrounds, especially those of us who have historically marginalized identities. They are an important way to celebrate our college culture and shared values that foster inclusion, equity, diversity, and belonging.
