Class Description: Change your brain to improve your movement. By examining the skeletal system, sensory awareness, and inclusive attention, students will learn Body Mapping techniques to improve posture and avoid injuries and chronic ailments. Class Description: Take a short break in your busy day. Attend any or all of these drop-in sessions (2/27, 3/6, 3/20, 3/27) that are appropriate for anyone (beginner to experienced). Each class combines lecture, practice, group feedback, and discussion. Class Description: A concentrated field experience in a desert environment is provided in this course. Emphasis is on procedures for group travel and camping, ecology, geography, and safety. This is one of our flagship backpacking-based orientation courses, which explores remote canyons in Capital Reef National Park for 5 days. Class Description: Students will learn the basics of East Coast swing dancing with a partner. Learn the swing step as well as variations, spins, dips, and other fun moves; we will branch out into learning some Lindy Hop and waltz steps as well.
