CMC provides all textbook, digital, and custom materials at an affordable all-inclusive flat rate fee ($28/credit) for participating credit courses. The Learning Materials Program is a library-like lease system and students receive 100% of the required materials by the first day of the semester or within the first week, depending on when registration occurred.

Learn to prepare plant-based whole foods that everyone will enjoy! This hand-on course will teach students four soup recipes to add to their collection and send them home with leftovers. Recipes include Split Pea, African Stew, Tortilla Soup, and Veggie Lentil Stew. No previous cooking (or combining) experience necessary. Vimana Yoga is a foundational, therapeutic class that includes traditional hatha yoga, flow, and core. This class combines several styles of yoga including Bikram, Vinyasa, Para, and Forest Yoga, and is designed for all levels.
