CMC Textbooks/Learning Materials Program

CMC provides all textbook, digital, and custom materials at an affordable all-inclusive flat rate fee ($28/credit) for participating credit courses. The Learning Materials Program is a library-like lease system and students receive 100% of the required materials by the first day of the semester or within the first week, depending on when registration occurred.

Chicken Ballotine

Learn how to debone a whole chicken, fill it with a yummy stuffing and tie it properly for a roast. Class will learn proper deboning techniques as well as butcher knots for tying a roast.
