How does it work?
Starting in Fall 2023, students who enroll in one of the following training programs will have help covering educational expenses such as: tuition, fees, course materials, and other costs while funding is available:
AA Early Childhood Ed Emphasis (STAA-DWD)
AA Elem Teacher Ed Emphasis (STAA-DWD)
AAS Early Childhood Education
AAS Fire Science Technology
COP Heating and Air Cond.
COP Carpentry Basic
COP Carpentry Advanced
COP Colorado Law Enforcement Training Academy
COP Driver Operator (Fire Science)
COP Early Childhood Ed - Teacher
COP Early Childhood Ed - Director
COP Early Childhood Ed - Assistant Teacher

Awarding and Registration Schedule
First Round of Career Advance Awards - Register before December 14 to be considered for the first round of funding before the Spring 2024 payment deadline.
- No Career Advance awards will be made between December 14 and January 26.
- This means you will need to set up a payment plan if other financial aid doesn’t cover your entire CMC student account balance.
- Students who register after December 14 but before January 26 and who meet all Career Advance eligibility criteria may be considered for an award on the Final Determination Date.
