Housing options vary considerably by campus. Most of our locations are in resort communities where you should anticipate higher rents than what you'd find in the Denver area.

Residential Campuses

Three of our locations have on-campus housing, offering all the conveniences of independent living coupled with valuable support, learning and safety structures to facilitate student success. On-campus housing allows you to live, learn and play in the Colorado Rockies, affordably.

If you're under 21 years old and a first-year student at one of CMC's residential campus, you are required to live in the Residence Hall. See Live-On Requirement in the housing agreement for details and exceptions.

CMC Housing Initiative
