A scenic forest full of pine trees and winding trails at your fingertips – just begging to be explored. Not to mention the location for ski and snowboard enthusiasts; within one hour of seven world class ski resorts and a backyard terrain park behind the residence hall.
Living on campus in Leadville certainly has it’s perks that are more than mountains. You’ll be able to walk to class in a minute as you’re centrally located in the heart of campus. The amenities are unlike many other college residence halls, including private bathrooms in each room.

Room and Roommate Assignments
Most residents will be placed in a double occupancy room. Your room number and your roommate’s contact information will be sent to your CMC email address late summer.
For students requesting a single room, there is an additional charge of $1100 for the semester. Single rooms are limited and will be confirmed late summer based on building occupancy. See Housing Costs.
If a single room is not available, CMC will match you with a roommate and your roommate’s contact information will be sent to your CMC email address late summer.
