On campus living in Leadville means it will be that much easier for you to become an active member of the CMC community and take advantage of all that Colorado Mountain College has to offer.
You’ll be kept in the loop about student organizations and campus events like tie-dye parties, glow-in-the-dark library mini golf, disc golf tournaments, students vs. staff/faculty volleyball games, and more! It’s no wonder many students find the accommodations so appealing they choose to continue to live on campus.
Room and Roommate Assignments
Most residents will be placed in a double occupancy room. Your room number and your roommate’s contact information will be sent to your CMC email address late summer.
For students requesting a single room, there is an additional charge of $1575 for the semester. Single rooms are limited and will be confirmed late summer based on building occupancy. See Housing Costs.
If a single room is not available, CMC will match you with a roommate and your roommate’s contact information will be sent to your CMC email address late summer.
Move-in Dates Spring 2025
New students will move-in on Wednesday, January 8 from 10am-12pm.
Returning residents may return to the residence hall on Friday, January 10 after 12pm.
